Bad credit credit card...?

Hi I paid off all my debt except for one which is 137.00 on my credit reports. I wanted to apply for a credit card for bad credit because it says on my credit report that I need to get a major credit card Visa, MC, Discover, or AMEX and pay on it monthly. I do not want to use to card for cash advances! Thank you all answers welcomed.
