TOONTOWN HELP PLEASE?!?!?!?

I bought a Toontown membership card today and so when I was ready to download the game, I loaded it(the one with the seltzer bottle) and this came a sign saying you are ready to play. But when they took me to the page, it was black and said pd3somethingsomething has encountered a problem and needs to close. It keeps on doing the same thing and I really want this thing fixed. Can someone please try to help me?
