Does marijunana affect the Dopamine transporter, Norepinephrine transporter, and or sodium channels?

when a person intakes the smoke from burning marijuana the gland the creates dopamine(which gives u the feeling of being high) works overtime. This is were the slang term "doped up" comes from.
