Can you get genital from someone who has it orally? READ b4 answering?

I know that it is possible when is involved but I have been with one person for 10 months. I have seen and he has admitted to having "cold sores" which I know are HSV 1. He sleeps with other people because we are not exclusive. I do not because I choose not to. He treats me horribly so we aren't on good terms anymore ....mostly because I believe he gave me . We had unprotected one time a couple of weeks ago and like clockwork...BOOM! I start having sores. The doctor suspects it is my first outbreak and I don't see how else I would have contracted it but him. We have had oral in the past but he has only eaten me out a few times. The last time being January. He claims that because he does not have anything on his ***** that he is not responsible for giving this to me. Although he could have spit on it to lubricate it during or who knows but how likely is it that I got this from him? I'm tired of him making me feel like I'm crazy. He called me a slut and said I'm lying about only being with him but its true because I've been on and off with him for 2 years and actually trusted him.
