Is it safe has anybody tried this?

I have a 2005 srt 4 when i bought it is had the green line fron the turbo disconected i noticed it conected it back to the solenoid, i drove it for 4 months i decided to mess with it so i disconected it back again now my boost spikes up to 20 and holds at 15 but it doesnt over boost and its not even conected to the wastegate actuator I think it kicks *** it feels like it has :) but is it safe would it mess up anything...
