What the sign of Broken HardDisk?

Hey there i think my Hard disk is broken? 2hours ago i turned ON my computer and sudden restart and it stuck at like Boot Menu (where you well see those black and white texts infos as soon as you turn ON/Restart your computer also where you can press f2 and takes you to BIOS) anyway theres a red colored text and saying about Hard Disk that should switch to Master or Primary just something like that i know how to fix this and i didn't even try to remove that hard disk before this is the 2nd time that i saw this
