How bad is traffic in MD-295 sb on weekdays, 6:30-8:00 AM?

For those of you who commute from Maryland into DC every morning on MD-295 (Balt-Wash Pkwy), how bad is the traffic during the 6:30 - 8:00 AM window? What is your average speed? 65 mph all the way, or just a crawl? Are traffic jams common? Tell me where you're coming from (Baltimore, Ellicott City, Ft. Meade, etc.) and how far into DC you're going. Thanks.
