How does salmon taste I never tried it before ?

What fish it it similar to, so far I taste regular fish, tilapia and I think that's it. You know how you say you don't like something and you never even tasted it, so how would u know that u don't like it, well that's how I am with certain foods that I never ate. These are the things I never taste clam, salmon, scallops, describe the taste pls.
