I miss a guy that died from hep c and i want to talk to him,,, how can i talk to him,,?

i miss sumone that was like my dad,,,, i was in foster care when he died,,, i never got to say goodbye,,, i asked my mom how he was,,, and she would say good,,, in the meentime he was sittin in the hospital dying,,, i am only 15,,, he died when i was 14,,, i miss him so much,,, he was the only postive male in my life,,, yea he wasnt related to me,,, but he was like a father to me,,, i was listenin to bye bye by mariah carey,,, and i like to sing the lyrics to it,,, and i was singin the lyrics to it,,, and i finally got wat it ment,,, and now i cant think of anything else,,, will an ouiji board let me talk to him,,, or is there anything else i can do,,, i really need to talk to him,,, i dont know wat to do please help
