Is Hannah Montanna inappropiate for Disney??

We all know the show Hannah Montanna is a show that targets children and like pre-teens. But don't you think that they need to tone it down a bit? like in one episode, Lilly said something about being trampy. And more than once I've seen Jackson tal about Miley's bra. there are a few other thanks but they don't come to mind right now. the show is ok and all but shouldn't those things be revised or edited in order to make it more age appropiate?
