Man was made in God's image. The need to worship and for fellowship was placed in us when God created us. I also see that just like in Noah's day, man's heart in on evil continually. Yes, it is Ba'al worship, though it might take a different name now. Abortions are a big money-maker, and we are sacrificing our children to the god of convenience.
