Why are most young women 22-28 so damn scandalous.?

It's amazing how our modern men are stuck in the 18th century and haven't evolved with the rest of society. Men have to lift their game in the 21st century to get the right woman. That means men have to actually respect women and treat them as equals. Can you deal with that?
